- As a member of local assembly, he/she will be elected directly from the citizens and plays a role of the representative of the citizens with certain rights and responsibilities regulated in the law. His/her tenure is 4 years. In the council of Andong-si, There are 18 assemblymen in the assembly.
- The committee of chairman
- This committee is consisted of a chairperson and a vice chairperson, who carry out the rights and responsibilities of the chairperson in the case of accidents. They are elected from a secret and unsigned election. Their tenure is 2 years for each former and latter term.
- Boards
- The installment of a board is regulated by an act. There are 2 kinds of boards: the permanent board dealing concerned bills and requested bills and the special board dealing special bills temporarily. These boards have right to examine their concerned bills, requested bills, and special bills delegated from the local assembly. Now the council of Andong-si is consisted of 3 permanent committee.
